We are currently looking for:

Accountant / Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)
hours/week

Applicants with one of the following completed education are required for this position:


  • Completed commercial education or experience in accounting or equivalent qualifications

What you bring:

  • Professional experience in accounting
  • Independent, wellorganized and structured way of working
  • Independent and economical work
  • Very good computer skills
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Excellent knowledge of letter and text formatting

Your tasks:

  • Participation in the processing of ongoing accounting (accounts receivable and payable)
  • Business correspondence
  • Assistance in the preparation of rental and construction contracts (after training)
  • Organization of appointments and preparation of minutes for construction meetings (after training)
  • Posting of ongoing business transactions (bank and prepostings for the tax office)
  • Control of rental income and reminder system
  • Preparation of annual operating cost statements (after training)
