National Sales Lead
Provenance Staffing is recruiting for a dynamic Sales Lead in the Industrial Engineering Industry for the US territory. This position is for a company located in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Individual must have a proven record of obtaining significant sales results and business development across multiple service lines.
As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, providing exceptional customer service and driving performance to achieve profit targets by identifying new opportunities for potential and existing customers. Our focus is in the engineering solutions industry including factory relocation, machine installation and heavy machinery moving services. Position requires travel approx. 50-75% of scheduled time.
Responsibilities include:
Generate new business through use of market data, prospecting and company resources.
Identify key players in targeted organizations and use every opportunity to cross-sell and upsell products
Lead or support customer/site visits and company presentations to strengthen relationships and provide long term full customer support
Build long term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new and existing customers
Demonstrate track record of identifying new business
Experience:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
Strong sales and business development experience, in the industrial engineering and/or production equipment installation industry - preferred
Active knowledge of mechanical/installation engineering projects and processes - required
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in negotiating and influencing skills
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies- required
Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales associates
Experience in working in the machinery moving industry - preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90, $105,000.00 per year
