    Job Overview:

    Supporting the CEO's office, contributing to corporate communications, contract management, business analysis, and fostering efficient communication with various teams to advance organizational objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    International Corporate Affairs:

    • Assist the CEO in preparing corporate communications, including PowerPoint presentations and reports.
    • Act as a liaison between Drake and RP Group to optimize communication and operations with board members and managerial staff.

    CEO Contract File Management:

    • Implement and maintain an efficient contract database under CEO approval.
    • Organize and consolidate records, agreements, licenses, and permits

    CEO Assistance:

    • Manage the CEO's calendar and travel arrangements.
    • Coordinate meetings and assist with related documentation and communication.

    Business Analyst:

    • Support business strategy development
    • Create and analyze business initiatives.
    • Conduct data research and analysis.

    Other Responsibilities:

    • Ensure efficient communication with other teams.
    • Review and allocate the CEO's budget management.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.
    • Communicate with attorneys when required for assistance regarding visas, permits, licenses, board resolutions, and other legal documents to ensure compliance.
    • Translate English/Spanish for better communication and understanding.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
    • Microsoft Office
    • Proven experience in corporate affairs, contract management, and executive assistance.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
    • Knowledge of corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Experience in process improvement initiatives is a plus.
    • Basic knowledge of accounting
