In your role as
Architect (m/f/d) and representative for the client, you will plan and manage building permit procedures nationwide.

You will take on a leading role in monitoring ongoing procedures while actively participating in the processing, steering and advancing of building permit procedures.

You will be in constant communication with other departments to contribute to strategic decisions regarding our approval planning.

Job Description

Planning and managing projects in phases 14 nationwide;
Responsibility for cost and risk assessment of projects;
Providing technical support to internal and external teams in the execution of construction projects;
Central point of contact for building authorities nationwide, coordinating and communicating with them;
Taking on the role of client representative;
Maintaining and organizing data for smooth flow of information;
Developing company processes, deriving measures and aligning them with stakeholders;
Coordinating the implementation of regulatory requirements and provisions of building regulations, especially regarding fire protection.
