At Middle Point, we are seeking a German-speaking Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Lattingtown, NY and help us achieve our mission.

What will you do in this role?

Your main focus will be recruiting technical and engineering professionals. You will primarily work with shipyards, engineering and design offices, and consultancies in (north) Germany. You will be part of an international, results-driven, and easygoing team.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with colleagues on specific assignments within your specialization
  • Managing the entire recruitment cycle, from advertising vacancies to selecting and contracting professionals, and supporting them in relocating to Germany
  • Working together with colleagues and providing active support to each other
  • Being the recruitment specialist in the market and sharing relevant information with colleagues to strengthen Middle Point's brand name
What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a recruitment agency
  • Bachelor's or HBO degree, preferably in HRM, BA, or a related field
  • Experience in the German labor market is preferred
  • Expertise in recruitment tools such as ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • A team player with transparency, trustworthiness, and the ability to build genuine relationships
  • Curiosity, persistence, positivity, and respect
  • Residence in the Amsterdam area or willingness
