We are currently seeking a specialist (m/f/d) for
Community Living at
Haus Mätzold in Dresden-Blasewitz, Hurdsfield, ND. The position is for 32 hours per week and is permanent.


Responsibilities:


  • Planning and implementing individual care, activities, support, and leisure activities for residents
  • Planning and implementing individual basic care and simple medical care
  • Planning and implementing individual household tasks in the care of residents
  • Participating in the individual overall planning process
  • Contact and care for various support providers for residents, family members, and legal guardians
  • Accompanying residents to doctor's appointments, preparing and attending home visits

Requirements:


  • Degree in special education, rehabilitation education, or nursing, or additional training in special or educational needs
  • Experience working with people with disabilities
  • Knowledge of the BTHG (German law on inclusion)
  • Basic knowledge of IT
  • Empathetic approach to residents
  • Teamwork and reflective skills
  • Flexibility in daily routines and situations
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Good organizational skills
  • Identification with the goals and mission of Diakonie Dresden

We offer:


  • Salary according to pay group 7 AVR Diakonie Deutschland, version Saxony, with regular tariff adjustments
