Duties:

We are seeking a skilled high volume Scheduler to join our team. As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient scheduling of interviews for our candidates and providers. Your attention to detail and excellent organizational skills will contribute to the overall success of our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:

Schedule interviews, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with Scheduling Manager, providers & candidates to ensure proper allocation of resources
- Provide administrative support to medical staff as needed
- Collaborate with Scheduling Manager to ensure needs are being met
- Communicate effectively with candidates & providers, providing exceptional customer service
- Utilize Outlook & Microsoft TEAMS to manage appointments

Skills:

Strong administrative skills, including data entry, time management and record keeping
- Knowledge of scheduling practices and procedures remotely
- Experience in a healthcare setting, such as a hospital or clinic is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using scheduling via Microsoft TEAMS a plus
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
