Description

Plastic Surgery experience is required (three years preferred)


DUTIES

  • Coordinate surgical procedures and appointments for patients
  • Schedule surgeries, preoperative consultations, and postoperative followups
  • Communicate with patients to provide information about their surgical procedures and answer any questions or concerns
  • Create and provide surgical quotes with doctor's assistance
  • Obtain necessary medical records and documentation for surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, surgeons, and other staff members to ensure smooth coordination of surgical services
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records and documentation
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
  • Collect patient payments

SKILLS

  • Excellent patient service skills with the ability to provide compassionate care and support
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in medical scheduling software and electronic medical records systems
  • Familiarity with surgical terminology and procedures
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Front desk experience (answering phones/scheduling appointments)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset.

A sense of humor and flexibility are highly desired.

Pay will be determined by experience.

$ $35.00 per hour
