- Professionally handle incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions to assist customers with their needs.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns following established procedures.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.
- Educate customers about company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional customer service training preferred.
- 3+ years customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and empathy towards customers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
