    Description

    A Large Aircraft Manufacturing Company is seeking someone skilled in Document Control and AutoCAD.

    Pay: $ $20/hr

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Release technical documentation such as engineering drawings, installation instructions, reports, and other data that is stored within the Document Control Department.
    2. Issue numbers and revision levels for technical documentation such as engineering drawings, installation instructions, reports and other data that is stored within the Document Control Department.
    3. Develop, maintain, and control computer indices of the various document types to ensure that positive control of the data is ensured.
    4. Maintain and control STC files.
    5. Coordinate with the FAA Flight Standards, FAA Manufacturing, and Aircraft Certification Office personnel as required for the purposes of audit and surveillance.
    6. Coordinate with customers' engineering departments, aircraft OEM's, the FAA, etc. related to data exchanges, communications, and transmittal.
    7. Provide input and suggestions for the continuous improvement of the various document control system.
    8. Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to Manager and / or Human Resources.

    Required Experience:

    • Basic or Entry Level Engineering Experience
    • AutoCAD Experience
    • Microsoft Excel and Outlook Experience
    • Blueprint Reading experience a plus
