Your tasks:

  • Planning of MSR systems for technical building equipment systems according to HOAI §53 service phases 1-9
  • Project coordination with clients, architects, and executing companies
  • Collaboration with our construction managers
  • Monitoring of deadlines and costs, quality assurance in projects

You should bring the following qualifications:

  • Successfully completed degree in building automation/automation technology (B.Eng., M.Eng., Dipl.-Ing., technician) or comparable qualification with planning experience
  • Solid knowledge in the field of building automation as well as in measurement, control, and regulation technology
  • Competent handling of industry-standard CAD/calculation programs such as REVIT, AutoCAD MEP, Solar, or Linear
  • Excellent knowledge of VOB and HOAI
  • Structured, methodical, and dedicated work approach
  • Communication and teamwork skills, as well as a strong customer orientation
