As a full time, nonexempt CPS Solutions, LLC Staff Pharmacist, you will fill orders with accuracy; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.
Schedule:
This position will work full time 32 hours per week. This position will work variable hours and must be available to work first and second shifts.
About the Facility:
North Ottawa Community Health System, now Trinity Health Grand Haven, located in Grand Haven, Michigan, is an 88-bed acute care Hospital with a variety of inpatient, outpatient and support services.
CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy.About the Pharmacy:
The Pharmacy is open for Regular inpatient pharmacy hours of operation of Monday to Friday 8:00am to 8:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 8:00am to 4:30pm, and on call.
Regular Retail pharmacy hours of operation of Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 12:00pm. After hours pharmacy hours 6:00pm to 2:00am, Sunday to Thursday.Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy; Successful completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency program strongly preferred
Experience as a Pharmacist in a Hospital setting preferred
Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems
Hospital Requirements:
(may be required)
(Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
