- Work with leadership to create effective communication campaigns that achieve stated goals on client engagement and candidate outreach
- Writing, editing, and maintaining our case study archive, blog articles, press releases, and thought-leadership pieces to help tell success stories relevant to specific opportunities
- Collaborate and help drive updates to Flexion's website
- Improve and maintain Flexion's social channels, including developing metrics and goals for success
- Coordinate with leadership to compile actionable insights for stakeholder decisions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of communication and marketing efforts through data analytics and tracking
- Create and manage digital marketing and SEO budget
- Craft efficient, lean marketing campaigns with small budgets to quickly experiment and learn what works best for conversions and awareness
- Facilitate the creation of videos to help tell Flexion's project delivery stories
- Research and create an editorial calendar for online content, including photography, videos, blogs, editorial calendars, or other content that will optimize the online user experience.
- Support Flexion's role in the Digital Services Coalition
- 4-7 years of digital marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Self-driven and can-do attitude
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong research skills to inform marketing pieces
- Ability to ideate and execute on creative ad campaigns, thought-leadership articles, and other interactions on digital communication channels to support a company's brand, accomplishments, and recruiting efforts
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing campaigns, tools, and platforms
- Hands-on experience with SEO and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) tools and approaches
- Hands on experience maintaining an organization's website
- Expertise with social media (LinkedIn) campaign management, data analytics (link tracking, CTR, etc.), and paid online advertising
- Experience using LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Reddit, and other social media platforms to engage with potential clients and job candidates
- A referenceable collection of work that demonstrates expertise in various aspects of digital marketing, such as successful campaigns, growth metrics, or engagement statistics
- Experience working with a software engineering or digital services company
- Experience facilitating the creation of engaging video assets and managing viral campaigns to distribute to target audiences is preferred
- Speak openly and honestly with your colleagues and clients about problems and proposed solutions
- Welcome and handle changing requirements and priorities with little or no warning
- Collaborate online in small groups about 50% of the time
- Encourage simple and minimal solutions that keep options open

Digital Marketing Specialist - REMOTE

What the job looks like:
You'll be a center of Flexion's marketing effort by identifying and implementing our marketing and branding strategies. You'll work closely with all aspects of Flexion, including leadership, business development, recruiting, project teams and Human Resources to help curate communications and marketing initiatives for distribution to clients and candidates through our website, our AWS presence, social channels, and events.
