Currently, HMV GmbH successfully manages approximately residential and commercial units nationwide.
We are currently looking for a Hauswart/Hausmeister for our locations in Heidenheim, Cologne, Nuremberg and Wittenberg.
Your Responsibilities
- Being the main contact for tenants and owners on site
- Monitoring compliance with house rules
- Inspecting and documenting the condition of the building
- Checking technical systems
- Inspecting green areas and playgrounds
- Supervising and monitoring maintenance, repair and renovation companies
- Issuing orders to specialized companies (in case of emergencies)
- Cleaning outdoor areas
- Conducting apartment handovers and move-outs
