As (Junior) Financial Controller (f/m/x), you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, profitability, innovation, process excellence, and employee performance.

You will work on various global and cross-functional projects, providing clear analytical solutions to key issues and shaping our processes in new and innovative ways.

Responsibilities:

Support the team in reviewing operational and financial performance on both a country and functional level
Contribute to a more effective, efficient, and accurate financial process, including actual reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
Actively contribute to improving the P&L forecasting and planning process
Prepare analysis and presentations to provide transparency on business and financial performance to management
Create accurate business plans, budgets, and scenario calculations
Monitor KPIs and analyze deviations, while also supporting management with adhoc scenario analyses
Support and coordinate various controlling, planning, and reporting projects to improve the overall function within the company
