    All Jobs > Regional Facilities CoordinatorAt Apple Montessori Schools each of our 20 Locations have a unique design and footprint, from our 3+ acre campus in Hillsborough, NJ to the dock of the NYC Ferry in Hoboken, NJ.

    As a Regional Facilities Coordinator at Apple Montessori Schools, you will be overseeing a portfolio of 6-8 locations and will involve the day-to-day management of all facilities needs within that portfolio.

    The Regional Facilities Coordinator will be the owner of these needs ensuring that all requests are prioritized accordingly and handled quickly and professionally working alongside of the school leadership team.

    Some of the Regional Facilites Coordinator duties and responsibilities will include:
    Triage maintenance tasks to determine associated timelines, costs, and vendor collaboration.
    Identify and repair minor building issues throughout network.
    Perform maintenance tasks on building equipment and throughout property.
    Utilize company software to track building issue management, maintenance records, and facility information )Organize proposals and facilitate contracts for 3rd party maintenance and capital improvement projects as needed.
    Manage vendor network and relationships and oversee facility projects done by outside vendors.
    Organize and maintain facility storage.
    Understand and apply International Building Code requirements to facilities in network.


    Requirements Qualifications:
    High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) or equivalent.
    Experience in general maintenance painting, plumbing, electric, and basic carpentry.
    Proven track record of working on a variety of commercial construction projects.
    Ability to successfully coordinate schedules and evaluate bids/job costs.
    Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently.

    Experience navigating permitting processes and building codes; solid understanding of building plans and specs and the ability to maintain and interpret construction drawings.

    Must have own work vehicle.
    Must provide own tools.
    Ability to multitask in a school setting.

    Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook and web-based applications, and proficient in the use of office live in the NJ/NY/PA Marketmust be able to travel to school locations dailyWhat set's you apart? (preferred not required)Established relationships with regional vendors.
