    **About the Company:**

    **About the Role:**

    We are seeking a skilled finance professional to join us as an FP&A Lead. In this key position, you will be responsible for managing financial forecasts, conducting budget analyses, and influencing executive decisions.

    **Responsibilities:**

    • Develop and maintain financial models for decision-making processes.
    • Analyze financial results and collaborate with stakeholders for improved outcomes.
    • Partner with department leaders to ensure resource allocation for key initiatives.
    • Enhance financial infrastructure and processes within the organization.
    • Prepare business performance reports for the executive team and investors.
    • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for decision-making purposes.

    **Requirements:**

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
    • 8-12 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
    • Excellent communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
    • Experience in high-growth tech or startup environments.

    **Location:**

    You have the option to work from our offices in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City. Regular in-office presence is expected for those within a one-hour commute to the office hubs.
