    Als Teil unseres Hotel & Hospitality-Teams in Mnchen im Bereich Real Estate begleitest du nationale und internationale Kund:innen in allen Phasen ihrer Hotel-Investments. Dein umfangreiches Branchen-Know-how, gepaart mit deinem immobilienspezifischen Wissen, bringst du in interdisziplinre Teams ein und findest kompetent Lsungen im Sinne der Kund:innen. Dem Markt stets einen Schritt voraus und vertraut mit den neuesten Methoden und Technologien, bernimmst du in Projekten mit ganzheitlicher Herangehensweise frh Verantwortung:
    * Strategische Beratung im Bereich Hotellerie und Tourismus, Durchfhrung von Markt- und Standortanalysen sowie Machbarkeitsstudien fr Hotelprojekte
    * Beratung bei An- und Verkaufsprozessen, Durchfhrung wirtschaftlicher Due Diligence fr Hotels und Hotelportfolien sowie Bewertungen von Immobilien gem nationaler und internationaler Standards
    * Beratung bei der Auswahl von Betreiber:innen und bei den damit verbundenen wirtschaftlichen Vertragsverhandlungen
    * Leitung von Projekten, Koordination von mehreren Beratungsauftrgen sowie Motivation deiner Teammitglieder und Frderung deren fachlicher und persnlicher Weiterentwicklung
    * Angebotserstellungen und Kundenprsentationen sowie die Entwicklung eines eigenen Go-to-Market Approach

    Fhigkeiten, mit denen du die Zukunft gestaltest**
    * Mindestens fnf Jahre Berufs- und Fhrungserfahrung in der Hotelwirtschaft, idealerweise im Beratungsumfeld
    * berdurchschnittlicher Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Hotelmanagement oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre
    * Vertriebsfhigkeiten in Kombination mit exzellenten Kenntnissen ber Hotel- und Hotelinvestmentmrkte und deren Marktteilnehmende
