Immediate opening for full time Luxury Hotel Valet Manager
Douglas Parking is looking to hire a full time Luxury Hotel Valet Manager in the LAX Airport area.
Qualified applicants must have a valid CA driver license and have been an experienced driver for at least 5 years.
Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle. Below is a brief description of duties and responsibilities.Luxury Hotel Valet Manager will be responsible for all operations at the parking site. Participating in weekly meetings.
Major duties include company and client policy enforcement, customer service, staff management, scheduling, upkeep and management, validation management, facility maintenance and management, close support and communication with onsite client contact, employee training, etc.
- Management experience, preferably in parking, transportation, hospitality, facilities, or a similar field OR extensive experience in the parking industry
- 5+ Years of customer service experience
- Experience in creating schedules
- Ability to manage multiple employees and calmly handle disgruntled and frustrated customers
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Great attention to detail
- Must have a clean driving record and must be willing to undergo deep background check
Pay:
$50,000.00 per year

Education:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
Customer Service: 5 years (required)
