- Schedules, coordinates, monitors and performs all Maintenace, service requests, & repairs at the employees designated sites.
- Documented daily Maintenace activity including problems encountered, work completed and vacancy updates.
- Performs, monitors, inspects and conducts evaluations with Community Manger in order to prepare apartments for move for future tenants.
- Track and keeps documents available regarding utility, shut offs, meter locations, sewer clean outs & building systems.
- Responsible for Trash Removal, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, & wiping down areas.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of construction site management.
- 5+ years' experience related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC & Building Sytems.
- Have knowledge of USDA, HUD,REAC, DHCR or other regulatory agency state inspections
- Must possess a Valid Driver's license & New York State motor Vehicle Insurance.
- Must Possess Mechanical Aptitude.
- Must be able to walk, move & transport up to 100lbs
