    Sales Support Representative

    Hours: Monday –Friday: 10:30am-7:30pm

    Description:

    Sales Support assists the inside and outside sales teams to provide high quality customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Place orders.
    • Place quotes.
    • Communicate with customers as needed.
    • Interact/communicate with Cam/Production as needed.
    • Generate change orders.
    • Process stencil orders.
    • Cover reception.
    • End of night reports.
    • Databases clean up.
    • Manage matrix customers.

    Required Skills:

    • Excellent customer service
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong computer skills
    • Good organizational skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize
    • Ability to work well independently and in a team
