Who we are:

Klingenberg is a family-owned business in its third generation, founded in 1932 by Willy Klingenberg in Marienburg (West Prussia, now Poland).

Since 1965, the family business has been located in the Weserbergland region and since 1971 in Holzminden. We are both traditional and modern. We work with our own old and original recipes using sourdough, pre-doughs, and poolish.

Our multi-grain breads are made with our own seed mixtures and our delicious Weserländer rolls are aged for 18 hours before being baked.

With 13 stores and approximately 100 employees, we are not a small bakery - but we still know each employee personally.
