    Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team.

    The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and will play a key role in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

    Duties

    • Develop and implement financial strategies in line with company goals
    • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
    • Manage financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements
    • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions
    • Oversee treasury management and cash flow optimization
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
    • Drive cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities for revenue growth
    • Collaborate with other executives to drive company performance
    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
    • Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role
    • Strong knowledge of financial concepts, strategic planning, and financial modeling
    • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and corporate accounting
    • Familiarity with IFRS and treasury management practices
    • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage complex financial transactions
