ADSI comprises 5 domains addressing 1) Clinical quality and patient safety; 2) Strategic Operations and Financial Analytics; 3) Actuarial and Managed Care Analytics; 4) Registry Abstraction Healthcare Solutions; and 5) Healthcare Data Intelligence. We recognize that the healthcare environment is a complex ecosystem of rapidly evolving clinical and economic practices that affect patient and provider experience and demands increasingly sophisticated and complex measurement. Our objective is for analytics and data science to play a critical and foundational role in the transformation of care delivery, quality and financial outcomes to enable our organization's competitive advantage.

    • You will apply standard methods such as the Index of Disparity to identify and describe health disparities leveraging various internal and external datasets including Ascension's 3 million SDOH surveys and the CDCs Social Vulnerability Index.
    • You will develop visualizations including geographic profiles that enable others to engage with the data to make informed decisions and track changes over time.
    • You will work independently to plan, curate data and execute outcome evaluations including reporting for grant funded programs.
    • You will work closely with data engineering and management teams on data requirements for your project in addition to querying data warehouses directly.
