Significant outbound prospecting experience
Track record of top sales performance: quick promotions, President's club, consistently beating quota
Outstanding achievements in some other competitive domain (varsity sports in college, degree from a top university, etc)
Be in charge of all inbound leads, generate pipeline, and close deals
Implementing time‑saving structure & process.
Generate new ideas that accelerate growth.
Own enterprise deals end‑to‑end, including understanding customer pain points, helping them evaluate Paraform, negotiate terms, and ensure successful onboarding of customers
