Description
We're seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to enhance our marketing efforts through expert management of our Marketo automation system and meticulous execution of diverse marketing campaigns.
You'll work closely with sales and marketing to align on objectives, ensuring seamless follow-up on leads generated from our campaigns.
If you're a detail-oriented marketer with a passion for data and process optimization, join us in driving Avant's growth.This position is able to be remote with only occasional visits to our home office in Eugene, Oregon.
Own the management of Avant's marketing processes, workflows, and systems.
Draw on strong organizational and/or project management skills to easily move within a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs and priorities.
Execute and manage marketing campaigns across various channels.Administer marketing automation system and ensure database hygiene.
Manage customer sentiment/feedback cycle as part of the user experience.
Define goals, success metrics, and report on marketing program results.
Ensure compliance with privacy and communication regulations.
Assist with market research and competitive intelligence gathering.
Assist with defining prospective and current customer journeys to help identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization through marketing automation or other means.
Manage social media channels and ensure timely follow-up to inquiries, comments, and other customer engagements.Manage and ensure audience is properly segmented and lead lists are integrated into campaign execution in at timely manner.
Have and maintain an awareness of language, culture, and society for inclusivity and relevance to current and prospective clients and employees.
What you bring:
Exceptional attention to detail and desire for quality while working at a quick pace.
Familiarity with marketing automation software (Marketo preferred).
Experience in supporting sales and marketing and working in cross-functional teams.
Detail-driven, self-reliant, and process-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills.
Not afraid to ask questions.
Enthusiasm for languages, different cultures, and understanding of our global interconnectedness through language.
Pluses:
Direct experience with Salesforce and knowledge of HTML or other development languages.
Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Ability to be held accountable to the department and organizational numbers, data, and deadlines.
Maintain discretion in working with sensitive and confidential information.
Exhibit a commitment to lifelong learning, encourage others to do so and continue to grow technically and interpersonally to perform the job at the highest levels of competency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a field that prepared you for this line of work.
5+ years of experience with responsibilities outlined above.
Highly proficient in G-suite applications.
Experience with marketing and sales automation softwares (Marketo, Salesforce, Wordpress).
Proven ability to comfortably navigate various functions and data manipulation in Excel.
