About us GF Casting Solutions has been operating the foundry with Europe's largest molding box for machine-formed iron casting since 1995.

Nowadays, around 255 employees produce large and heavy cast parts with a production capacity of tons per year.

We develop solutions for off-highway vehicles such as construction machinery, agricultural and forestry machinery, commercial vehicles (buses, trucks), the energy sector (wind turbines and solar parks), and industrial applications.

Responsibilities Ensuring the availability of systems and ensuring IT security in accordance with the IT corporate strategy Managing Windows clients and local servers Supporting CISCO network components Providing IT helpdesk support within the company and assisting users Managing and configuring interfaces Identifying, evaluating, and addressing risks in the IT area Commissioning and coordinating external IT service providers Budget planning and cost control, as well as participating in the procurement of IT services and components Participating in and leading IT projects at various locations Profile Completed degree in business informatics (or similar education with relevant further training) Several years of professional experience in IT within a manufacturing industrial environment Basic understanding of automation (PLC, MES, OPC, etc.) Knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, design, LAN, WLAN, etc.)

Basic knowledge of IT security and data protection Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure hardware components Proficient in common Microsoft Office applications Ideally, basic knowledge of RDBMS, programming, and scripting Willingness to work, reliability, teamwork, and communication skills Independent and structured work style, initiative, and willingness to continuously
