  • Independent organization and coordination of internal and external training measures
  • Further development of the training catalog
  • Support during the onboarding of new employees

Your profile:


  • Completed university degree in (business) psychology, educational science, business administration with a focus on personnel or a comparable qualification
  • Extensive experience in the field of personnel development, experience as a trainer is an advantage
  • Strong conceptual skills
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Solutionoriented handson mentality and methodological competence
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Fluent in German
