Your tasks as a Service Desk Supporter:

  • 1st and 2nd level client support in different on-site teams in the greater Hamburg area
  • User support both remotely and onsite with the end user
  • Installations, break & fix, replacement, and troubleshooting for end devices
  • Support of standard applications such as MS Office and current Windows operating systems
  • Ticket processing in various ticket systems
  • Development and updating of operational documentation

  • Proficient use of MS Office (including Outlook) and current MS Windows operating systems
  • Good knowledge of ticket and remote tools
  • Advanced knowledge of standard hardware
