The Education Project "Production School"


The Production School project is aimed at young people and young adults between the ages of 15 and 27 who have not had the opportunity to obtain a high school diploma or an apprenticeship.

The Production School offers participants the opportunity to explore different vocational and educational paths.

In 4 production lines, participants have the opportunity to learn about various apprenticeships and not only prepare for their individual application management, but also receive support in dealing with their life situation.

The project is implemented by 5 employees, each of whom brings their individual professional qualifications to the project.

Structural focuses are offered in our 4 production lines:

  • "Bistro"
  • for the kitchen/hospitality sector
  • fresh meals are cooked every day
- "Building" - for the crafts sector - small pieces are created here based on upcycling and sustainability
- "Online Shop" - for web design/public relations - this department manages our online shop and creates flyers
- "Office" - for administration - all bureaucratic processes of the project are handled here, including managing cash books and writing invoices


The goal of the project staff is to support young people and young adults in such a way that access to employment and social integration is sustainably improved, even for disadvantaged youth.

Through individual learning approaches, real customer orders, and production school-oriented action approaches, participants gain a sense of the real job market.
