- Lead and inspire a software engineering team in the development and implementation of applications on the Azure cloud platform.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging continuous improvement and learning.
- Oversee the design and development of applications using the Azure cloud platform.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and scalability in application architecture.
- Collaborate with customers to understand integration mechanisms, requirements, and business needs.
- Work closely with the internal team to develop and implement solutions that meet customer integration needs.
- Lead a team responsible for onboarding new customers to the platform.
- Develop efficient onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
- Contribute to the development of the overall technology strategy, aligning it with business goals and objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations for the adoption of new technologies and tools.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing applications on the Azure cloud platform.
- Strong technical proficiency in software engineering, Azure cloud services, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with modern development practices, DevOps, and agile methodologies.
- Experience working directly with customers, understanding integration needs, and delivering solutions that meet customer expectations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to the development of technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
