The AM Equity - Reporting Analytics and Engineering squad have an outstanding opportunity for a Principal Software Engineer to become a technical leader & mentor for the squad.

The Equity Reporting and Analytics squad is part of the Equity REUSE product area within Asset Management, developing software applications that support the reporting team and various Asset Management business users such as Portfolio Managers, Research Analysts and Operations teams.\u00A0

The expertise we are looking for

\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent and you want to learn more.
\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Minimum of 7 years overall of Software Engineering experience
\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Minimum of 5 years Java, Spring Boot, Spring, Angular
\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Working knowledge of SQL & PL/SQL to aid in analysis and investigation.
\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Proven experience in mentoring and coaching engineers\u00A0
\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Proven experience of working closely with Product teams to understand the importance requirements. \u00A0
\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Proven experience in production support and incident management.
\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Minimum of 2 experience working hands-on with AWS Cloud Technologies and Services such as EKS, EC2, S3 etc.
\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Hands-on experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Hands on experience in practicing test automation at various levels of testing (unit, component, integration, and functional tests), static code analysis and test-driven development practices
\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0You appreciate Agile standard methodologies within the Scrum context and have a deep knowledge of the development lifecycle.
\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Strong understanding of coding patterns and engineering standard methodologies
\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Strong communication and influencing skills.

You will be the technical lead member of a team working closely with our partners and squad lead to understand our domain and deliver value. The team is part of boarder chapter that is responsible for implementing products for AMT Equity.
