    Team Overview:
    SS&C Eze seeks a Software Engineer to join the Eze OMS team located at our Boston headquarters. The Eze Investment Suite, an acclaimed set of integrated applications, delivers top-notch asset management capabilities to streamline the investment process. These applications can be utilized individually, combined for a seamless workflow, or integrated with other third-party systems. As a Software Engineer within the OMS team, you will collaborate with a Product Manager, QA personnel, a Scrum Master, and fellow Software Engineers.

    Your Role and Responsibilities:
    - Develop high-quality code based on a specified timeline and technical design
    - Actively engage in Scrum activities, such as backlog refinement and user story estimation
    - Contribute to designing new features and functionalities
    - Provide code reviews for team members
    - Conduct unit testing, automation testing, and collaborate with QA engineers for system testing and issue resolution
    - Identify and resolve code issues to optimize performance
    - Offer tier-3 product support



    Qualifications We Expect:
    - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
    - Minimum of 2 years of development experience, preferably involving C# and SQL
    - Proficiency in object-oriented design and programming
    - Sound understanding of data algorithms and structures
    - Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    - Prior experience in building REST APIs
    - Exposure to developing on Public or Private cloud platforms
    - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
    - Familiarity with web development languages (e.g., React/JavaScript) is a plus
    - Experience with SQL Server, Networking, or the investment industry is an additional advantage
