- Perform detailed cost estimates and prepare bid documents for various metals trade projects, including new constructions, renovations, and other applications.
- Generate accurate, detailed CAD drawings for the manufacturing and installation of railings, panels, and other metal applications.
- Review architectural plans and conduct take-offs to determine the necessary scope of work and required materials.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of project estimations and drawings.
- Assist in the creation of shop drawings and understand the entire project design and construction process.
- Visit job sites as needed to assess conditions, collect information, and monitor construction progress for accurate estimation and detailing.
- Continually develop professional knowledge and skills in line with the latest industry trends and standards.
- Show willingness to embrace future growth and advancement opportunities within the company, potentially progressing towards a Project Manager role.

Job Description:
We are recruiting for an Estimator/CAD Detailer who will be pivotal in producing detailed cost estimates and high-quality CAD drawings for a variety of metals trade projects. This individual will play a key role in the entire project lifecycle from estimation to completion and is crucial to the successful execution of projects.
