The Opportunity:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of an 18,000 square-foot machine factory shop in West Palm Beach. The Shop Supervisor will manage a team of approximately a dozen skilled workers focused on metal fabrication tasks such as welding, sanding, and hole-punching.
