MINIMUM EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION,
EXPERIENCE AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
Must be able to pass ABS welding test.
Must have 1 year of welding experience. Must have experience using fabrication equipment such as iron-works, brake presses and hydraulic sheet metal shears. Must be mechanically inclined and able to use various power tools such as saws, riveters, hydraulic rams.
LICENSE:
Must be able to operate and certify on 5,000 lb. and 30,000 lb. fork lift.
TRAVEL:
N/

PHYSICAL:
Operations - Manual dexterity to perform repetitive motion tasks on computer or handheld.
Ability to frequently twist, bend, reach, squat, kneel, climb on equipment, push/pull 50 pounds, crawl, lift and carry at least 80 pounds on a daily basis.
Able to withstand constant exposure to extreme weather conditions. Must work in a very noisy environment.Must work in a very dirty environment requiring the occasional use of respirators.
Must work in hot environments while using welders and torches. Must work from ladders at heights of up to 10 ft.
