Student Assistant (m/f/d) in Product Management Services
The Product Management Services department is responsible for managing the product portfolio of automotive services for all customer groups. This includes the development, support, and optimization of services throughout the product lifecycle.

Your tasks will include:

Assisting in the creation of work instructions on various topics and processes for quality management in Product Management Services & further development of quality management
Supporting product managers in administrative tasks
Researching, analyzing, and preparing market and competition information, including consideration of customer needs
Preparing and coordinating documents and information on products and services
Assisting in budget planning (analyzing reports)

You bring with you:

You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in a business administration or similar degree program, preferably with a focus on controlling and/or IT
You have advanced M365 knowledge, especially in Sharepoint
You are willing to familiarize yourself with the product world and software environment of Volkswagen Financial Services
You are confident in dealing with business figures
You are characterized by independent, reliable, and precise work
