WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The

Your tasks:

Support in the continuous improvement and further development of data quality
Conducting data quality checks and corrections in HR systems
Accompanying and supporting the improvement and further development of our HR system landscape
Conducting checks for internal and regulatory audits
Support in the recording and maintenance of employee master and personnel change data in our personnel management system
Support in projects in the field of HR analytics

Your profile:

Studies in business administration, business informatics or similar, ideally with a focus on HR
Interest in personnel work in a globally oriented company
Very good understanding of numbers and a very high quality awareness
Good communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
High level of initiative as well as willingness to learn and perform
Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Very good knowledge of English
