    Seeking an Office Manager with Procore and Sage, for a GC in Alpharetta, GA

    Growing general contractor is seeking a talented Office Manager to handle the daily flow of the office and tasks for the Alpharetta office. We are seeking a person who is customer service oriented, motivated, positive, energetic, and excited about making the office administration processes flow smoothly. Someone who is a team player.

    Our ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and will adept with Sage and Procore and you will involve with the onboarding of new employees. Ideally you are proficient with MS Office Suite, social media, and a variety of office equipment. Your customer service & communications skills will shine as you communicate with employees, vendors, and customers. Being the first face that everyone sees, you will shine and make the first impression for the company, eventually impacting every level of the organization internally and externally. Your ability to respect sensitive & confidential information is essential. Your will report directly to the President of the company and this will be a dynamic and every developing role.

    Minimum requirements for this Office Manager position:

    • 5 years+ of Office Management experience with some Human Resources experience Coordinator, Specialist, Assistant, or Generalist
    • Excellent communications, organization, customer service skills
    • Skilled at MS Office, Windows, Procore, Sage 100, social media, inventory systems computer systems
    • Basic accounting knowledge
