Your tasks:
With joy, you support and represent the cashier supervisor in all tasks at the cash register and information desk
You ensure smooth processes that always put the customer at the center
Good cooperation with management and other departments is a matter of course for you

And most importantly:
you lead by example, take responsibility, and always have an open ear for employees and customers

Your profile:
A completed commercial apprenticeship is a good prerequisite, e.g. as a salesperson, retail merchant (m/f/d)
You have first experience in team leadership in the cash register area and office organization, as well as expertise in working with a cash register system
You convince with strong service and customer orientation as well as friendliness - even when things get stressful
Team leadership skills, organizational talent, communication and motivation skills, as well as reliability, resilience, and teamwork are your strengths
