For our client, a leading healthcare provider in Germany in the Osnabrück area, we are filling the position of "Team Leader Purchasing/Supply Chain" (m/f/d).

This is a newly created role within the "pharmaceutical-medical wholesale" business unit with the goal of optimizing and professionalizing purchasing processes.

This is a "game changer" position and therefore a key role within the company. In this role, you will ensure the operational implementation of strategic goals in the supply chain area. You are the valuable link between department management and the team.


Responsibilities:

  • Leadership of the purchasing team with approximately 10 employees (technical and disciplinary)
  • Strategic development of the purchasing/supply chain area in close coordination with department management
  • Responsibility for providing professional purchasing controlling and supplier management
  • Price and contract negotiations with wholesale and industry partners
  • Responsibility for KPI management to continuously optimize supply chain processes

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in business administration or comparable qualifications
  • Extensive professional experience in operational and strategic purchasing as well as in the supply chain area in the pharmaceutical industry (experience in pharmaceutical wholesale is an advantage)
  • Indepth knowledge of GDP and GMP regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Fluent in German and English
