    Collections Specialist:

    About the Company

    This repeat client is a global corporation with a small company feel. This is an excellent role for someone who has recent business to business collections experience and is looking to join a growing company with plenty of opportunities for advancement and growth. There is a true belief in collaboration and team work within the office.

    Responsibilities of the Collections Specialist:

    • Work within the centralized billing system to manage national accounts and customer payment activity
    • Conduct business to business collections process via communicating by phone and email
    • Managing customer relationships
    • Track commissions for sales division of the company
    • Responsible for tracking payment issues or discrepancies

    Preferred Qualifications of the Collections Specialist:

    • 3+ years of recent B2B collections experience
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Experience using Microsoft Excel
    • Advanced organizational skills
