    Job Listing: Collections Specialist


    The Collections Specialist works under the guidance of the Billing Manager and is in charge of reaching out to clients to collect outstanding payments and addressing inquiries regarding billing matters.

    The primary responsibilities of the Collections Specialist include handling inbound calls to assist with billing queries, processing payments over the phone, and managing overdue accounts through outbound communication. The role demands the utmost precision and discretion in dealing with sensitive financial information.



    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to incoming calls related to billing inquiries
    • Initiate outgoing calls to follow up on overdue payments
    • Ensure compliance with confidentiality guidelines

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma
    • Positive Attitude
    • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations

    Essential Skills:

    • Effective written and verbal communication
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to handle delicate situations with tact
    • Proficiency in basic Mathematics

    Education & Experience:

    High School Diploma or GED is a must; Prior experience in Collections and Posting is advantageous.
