- Position: Residential Carpenter
- Compensation: $22.00 to $32.00 per hour
- Job Type: Full-Time
- SIGN ON BONUS - $250.00 at hiring and $250.00 at 90 days
- Monday - Friday, average hours are 7:30 - 4:00 or so, no weekends
- Paid Holidays
- $250/month towards ICHRA medical insurance
- 3% Match on Simple IRA
- Paid time off
- Company Apparel and boot allowance
- Exterior carpentry includes framing, sheathing, windowpane flashing, and correcting ground-level issues.
- Installing windows and doors.
- Fitting structural components and fixtures.
- Knowledge in stucco application and moisture damage repair is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with construction regulations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Short list of required tools
- Proactive in identifying and mitigating potential issues.
- Commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
- Keeping the workspace tidy and adhering to safety protocols.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to dependable transportation.
- Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and a tape measure.
