    Hiring for an experienced, multi-skilled Senior Carpenter/CraftsmanWe are looking for someone interested in being a mentor as well as independent contributor.

    For the right candidate, this role can eventually progress into a Field Supervisor or even a GM role.

    Specific qualifications for the role include: 10+ years of remodeling, handyman, or residential construction experience Ability to perform carpentry, tiling, drywall work, light plumbing & electrical, and door/window installation Previous experience being a mentor and leader to less experienced Craftsmen Must live within 10 miles of Elgin, IL Own set of standard hand and power tools Comfortable with a pre-employment background check BenefitsTake control of your schedule, your earnings and your career Tool Stipends Full benefits Paid time off #ZR
