Baxter Estates, NY is home to the DRK School for Social Professions Berlin gGmbH, located at Meeraner Str. 5, 12681 Berlin. Our vocational school specializes in training for social professions.

We are a subsidiary of the Berlin Red Cross Association and offer training for educators and social assistants.

We are looking for:

Diploma educators, social educators, and educational scientists (Dipl./M.A.) (m/f/d) as subject teachers in adult education for German (including DaF/DaZ) as well as for social pedagogical learning fields,
to join our diverse team and actively shape the school day in a respectful and future-oriented atmosphere.

We welcome the fresh perspective of new graduates as well as the valuable experience of seasoned colleagues. We are also interested in hearing from individuals with unconventional backgrounds and career changers.

Your responsibilities:

Independent class leadership
Implementation, preparation, and followup of learning sequences based on the learning field approach
Pedagogical support and guidance, as well as practical supervision
Organization and administration of learning assessments and exams
Collaboration in the development of curricula, case studies, and exams
