Your responsibilities

• Management of incoming and outgoing mail
• General administrative tasks
• Digital file management
• Data maintenance using specialized software
• Handling correspondence with MS Word, electronic files, and internal applications
• Reception duties for business partners and employees
• Operating the telephone switchboard
• Checking delivery notes and invoices
• Creating invoices according to instructions from the construction management team
• Planning and organizing meetings and events
• Keeping track of inventory and office supplies, and ordering when necessary
