Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Maitland, FL

Compensation: $50, $55, Bonus

Job Type: Full Time, Hybrid (In office T,W,TH + WFH M+F)

What You'll Be Doing:

Coordinate and schedule Interviews for Executive Recruiters and clients
As part of team, you'll support Executive Recruiters to help our clients (fortune 1000 companies) find, recruit, and hire top talent in their field.
Market research for current and prospective clients
Data Entry for candidate and client database
Client and candidate outreach on behalf of the executive recruiter
Assist with and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions with clients
Collaborate with management to analyze and forecast staffing needs and strategies
Prepare and review service contracts and agreements for clients and candidates
Working closely with sales and operations personnel to maintain an integrated team approach to ensure healthy candidate pipeline
Participate in and develop special projects to enhance and improve the recruiting department's functions
Assist with process improvement initiatives as needed

What We're Looking for:

Self-starter/ someone who takes Initiative
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have solid understanding of Word and Excel (must be able to create and manipulate advanced formulas, and reformat documents)
Must be willing to occasionally complete tasks before or after hours
Previous administrative experience preferred
Ability to multitask critical functions and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions while meeting time sensitive deadlines
