Your Role
As an Accountant, you'll play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and analyze financial statements; provide management with insights.
General Ledger & Tax Management:
Manage general ledger and tax filings.
Accounting Operations:
Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Assist in budgeting and monitor performance.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to GAAP and manage financial risks.
Financial Software Proficiency:
Utilize and improve accounting software and systems.
Audit & Cash Flow Management:
Support audit preparations and manage cash flow.
Strategic Financial Planning:
Conduct financial analyses for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Alignment with our Core Values.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or 7+ years of experience.
CPA certification (preferred).
Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks and Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and fluency in English.
