    Driving Clinical Excellence: Join Our Team as a Clinical Affairs Project Specialist

    The Project Specialist Clinical Affairs position is responsible for providing administrative and project support for areas under the clinical affairs team. This position will be responsible for managing projects, dashboards or KPIs, developing presentation materials, generating reports, and preparing meeting materials for various committees.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain dashboards or KPIs; work with various management teams to make necessary updates to dashboard metrics when appropriate.
    • Work closely with Clinical Affairs leadership team to manage projects; this includes understanding objectives, researching, and gathering requirements, scheduling meetings, and documenting action items.
    • Generate reports, analyze trends, and communicate findings.
    • Evaluate manual processes and propose improvements utilizing Microsoft applications, as appropriate and applicable.
    • Assist Department VP with Benefit Committee activities including maintenance of Benefit Committee decision dashboards, preparing meeting agendas and following through with business owners on assigned action items.
    • Develop PowerPoint presentations and training materials as requested; this includes reviewing content and formatting of the documents.
    • Manage and communicate action items and follow through with various department leads until completion.
    • Assist with research and complete various projects as assigned.
    • Research HSP and related systems to resolve issues that arise.
    • Develop templates utilizing tools from Microsoft applications as business needs arise.
    • Track status of all projects and prepare month-end reports.
    • Organize and maintain documents on SharePoint.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.
    • Minimum 4 Year / Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of experience. Degree preferably in English or Business Administration.
    • 4 Years of previous work experience in managing department project workflow within the dental or healthcare industry.
    • Knowledge of dental terminology is a plus, not required.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams (including building workflows).
    • Strong proofreading and editing skills.
    • Demonstrated organizational skills to prioritize, coordinate, track, and manage tasks and deliverables and other special projects.
    • Detail oriented with strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet goals and deadlines.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced organization.
    • High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
    • Results driven - focused on producing high-quality services and deliverables.
    • Ability to interact well with co-workers of various levels in the organization and external resources.

    LOCATION

    Our employees are distributed in office locations in multiple markets across the United States. We are unable to hire or allow employees to work outside of the United States.

    COMPENSATION

    In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $58,760 - $76,388, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at LIBERTY, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
